CHANGE OF CHINESE AND ENGLISH NAME OF THE COMPANY
The management of the company is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from“Yangzhou Teison New Energy Co., Ltd.” to “Teison Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.” with effect from 8 June 2022 and the Chinese name is also changed to“泰盛能源技术有限公司”.
